Danene lives her dream life on a quiet lake in Southwest Michigan. A true hippie minimalist, she cast off everything that no longer suited her, and is content living a quiet life. Quiet except for her chatty cat, Timone. She is Mom to a beautiful, talented, self-sufficient daughter.

Danene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Education degree from Aquinas College. She chooses to earn her living not as a teacher per se, but as a jeweler; A job she has loved for over 20 years.
